About Bobby Smith
Bobby Smith is one of the most skilled and intelligent forwards of his era. The first overall pick in the 1978 NHL Draft, Smith spent the prime of his career with the Minnesota North Stars and Montreal Canadiens, winning the Stanley Cup with Montreal in 1986. A gifted playmaker with exceptional hockey sense, he recorded 1,036 career points over 1,077 NHL games — one of only a select group of players to surpass the 1,000-point milestone. Smith was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1993 and remains one of the most underrated stars of the 1980s. His signature is a prized addition to any serious hockey memorabilia collection.
