The 1982 Lady Byng Trophy winner and three-time NHL All-Star appeared in 1,005 games with the New York Rangers and Boston Bruins, recording 448 goals and 988 points while becoming a Bruins captain and one of the franchise’s most prolific scorers. His No. 16 was retired by Boston in 2018.
