Overview

At SportAuthentix, we strive to ship your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. All shipping rates are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at checkout and are calculated based on the destination, chosen carrier, and the weight/dimensions of your items.

Free Shipping Promotion

  • Canada: We proudly offer FREE shipping on all domestic Canadian orders over $149 CAD. (Note: This excludes pre-orders, items from special signing events, and certain oversized memorabilia).

  • United States: U.S. customers do not currently qualify for free shipping. Carrier rates and applicable customs fees will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Transit Times

Please note that "Transit Time" applies after your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility.

  • In-Stock Items: Typically process within 1-3 business days.

  • Signing Events & Pre-Orders: Items tied to upcoming athlete signing events or special orders will remain in pre-shipment status until the event is completed and the item is authenticated.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We utilize trusted carriers to get your memorabilia to you safely. Options available at checkout may include:

  • Canada Post: Expedited Parcel (1-7 days), Xpresspost (1-3 days), Priority (Next day - 3 days)

  • UPS & Purolator: Select services available depending on destination and package weight.

U.S. Shipping & Customs (Important Update) Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. suspended its duty-free "de minimis" threshold. This means all goods shipped from Canada to the U.S., regardless of value, may now be subject to U.S. customs duties, taxes, and tariffs.

  • Prepaid (DDP): Where available at checkout, duties and taxes will be collected upfront for smooth customs clearance.

  • Carrier Billing: If not prepaid at checkout, the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.) may contact you to collect required duties and taxes before they will deliver the package.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. import restrictions. Brokerage and clearance charges may apply depending on the carrier.

Signature Requirements & High-Value Items

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your premium memorabilia, a signature is required upon delivery for all high-value orders. This guarantees that your one-of-a-kind item reaches you safely and protects against theft or loss. Additionally, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for these items. All U.S. and domestic shipments are fully trackable. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, liability for loss or damage follows the carrier's terms of service.

Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if a U.S. delivery is refused due to unpaid customs duties, return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
